Do you ever think the process that changes your mood from one of happiness to one of sadness will always find hopelessness?

Hopelessness is not always the product of sadness. I have found that we must look past the terms and connitations we attach to emotions and connect with the real power that is within. Take poems for example, Some one who writes a sad poem who may or may not be sad, can evoke such emotion in all that read it. All emotion can be so productive and have a positive bearing on life if you let it. Aren`t emotions fantastic?

You can always find the mood that is created by your opinions. They control perception, which controls thought.
