Frequently. Especially when it's been awhile since I've had a shower and I keep thinking of reasons to put it off longer. It's getting to the time when my upstairs neighbors will be showering to go to school, and I hate it when the water temperature changes suddenly . . .

Then there's the fact that I know I need more exercise, but I'd have to get dressed to go out. Mama said never put clean clothes on a dirty body or dirty clothes on a clean body, so . . .

I know things are getting out of control when I can make up excuses better than I can get even routine self-care done. A shrink would probably call this clinical depression. I call it being a lazy b*tch, wallowing in self-pity, etc.

I have felt like life is falling apart all around me for so many different reasons, so many times... yes, some of those times were harder to cope with than others, I do remember the emotional pain feeling like a physical one that was actually tearing me apart..

I've got through most of those issues, only to find new ones... I guess that that is what life is ~~ a series of events, more or less major, impacting on your life, the way you live, the people you love and the way you cope. A lot of it good, some of it very, very bad.
