Yes all the time, seems i'm always doing something stupid.

Yeah! It's because we make mistakes or realise a little too late what we did at the spur of the moment could have hurt or frustrated someone. And then we can do nothing about it because then it would make that little stupid thing a much bigger deal, which if left alone has a way of working out over time.

I end up forcing myself not to grab the swiss army knife. Life's like that. We all make mistakes but the important thing is to learn from them instead of blaming ourselves forever.
