Last night I dream that I had to use the bathroom, and did a number 2. It blocked the toilet and when I flushed, the toilet flowed over.

I knew the woman working in the toilets, she was either a friend/colleague/relative and i was so embarresed, at first I tried to sneak out with no-one knowing it was me, but when I was seen, I went back to clean it up, even picking "stuff" off the floor. It was much more embarresment than disgust.

In real life, I am really uncomfortable "going" in public/work toilets and much prefer to wait until I go home, of ensure no one else is around.

What does it mean? It was very vivid and I remember every detail, which is rare for me.

you're ashamed of something you've done, or some part of yourself, and just want to avoid it completely. you would feel guilty if someone found out and try to "fix" the problem, whatever it is, but fixing it might involved letting other people find out, which you are afraid to do. so you try to sneak away. perhaps your subconscious is telling you that this is not something that can just be avoided, and that you need to address the problem rather than hiding in shame?
