I was at my old elementary school (im 19) and I was running through a field of snakes w/ people from my high school (im in college now). A few of the snakes jumped up and bit me. I felt the pain (if thats normal). There were no marks on my body when I woke up. What does that mean?

there were lots of jerks from your high school, some that caused you pain, your minds just letting go of any problems you had with people from your past

You are Indiana Jones Son!
It probably doesn't mean anything. Not a lot of info for a dream so kinda hard making a good interpretation really. I guess feeling pain when getting bitten is normal. My sister felt pain in such a way after waking up from a dream too so its just your mind playing tricks on you. I am not surprised there were no marks when you woke up since it was a dream wasn't it? Funny anecdote. |

I have never done this, but I cut and paste a response from a Dream Interpretation website. It is the Christian interpretation of dreams about snakes. Of course, you may not be in danger, but perhaps you have had some type of fear on your mind.
Snakes, serpents - represents the Enemy; demons; a bad omen; danger. (Gen. 3:1, Num. 21:4-9). Also see snake. |

Adder
To see an adder in your dream, symbolizes a sly or cunning person. This person cannot be trusted. It may also represent something or someone who has slipped out of your hands. |

When I was in a bad marriage, I used to dream of snakes all the time. Once I dreamed I reached for the banister on the stairs, and it was all writhing snakes. Even though I actually like snakes, they are in our culture a symbol of danger, of unpredictability, sudden danger, and so on. Maybe you have some bad memories of high school -people who couldn't be trusted, who turned on you, and so on - and they hurt you in the dream. When you awoke with no marks, that was your sign that those wounds were superficial, that they are over and done with, that however you felt at the time, they left no lasting pain or scars. And isn't that really true for all of us, if we think about it? Most of us suffered in our teen years, and if we were able to get past it, and learn from it, the pain may linger to an extent, but there are no lasting marks.
