Yes, it is something to fear. But I think the best thing to do is to know what fear is. I guess at that point the problem (fear) will be somehow (already) solved ....

Watch the news and tell me that fear it's self is the only thing to fear. I fear the Government, and all those people out their that have lost their ever loving minds and killing people for no reason and then themselves. people if you want to die then do it without taking other innocents with you. If you kill yourself your going to Hell anyway, so why murder others.

Interesting question!
Fear is an occurence in the organism, a reaction to inner or outer stimuli. There is essentially only Fear, not various knds of fear. The appearance of a multiplicity of fears comes about through the ability of the mind to generalize and associate. Through generalization, our concepts of death have influenced our natural survival instincts, and from drive for survival we have moved to fear of death. Again through generalization, we have extended mere survival of the body to a specific kind of survival involving a certain life-style. Thanks for asking. Have a great day! |

Fear is based on illusion. When you see something for what it is, fear vanishes. This fear of which I speak is the avoidance of love, not the avoidance of pain like being chased by a bear. We get these confused because we have vivid imaginations and look to the past and think the future will be similar. So, fear is also based onb a feeling of powerlessness to make changes.

Fear is nothing physical, it is all in our minds. So that means we can overcome it,
