So supposadley you are supposed to just really concentrate and relax before falling asleep... and ur body starts to vibrate or something... Is this crazy talk? Does any one believe in this, and if yes isnt it dangerous?? It sounds like the Exorcist movie to me...

Very difficult to achieve, but not dangerous. And has NOTHING to do with demon possession, which is the realm of the Exorcist movies. |

This is idoser. Some of them are ok to use. They really work. When you are listening to them you are supposed to fall asleep. I recommend never doing out of body or hand of god. It is extremely freaky the first time. Always check online before you use an idoser. Some are dangerous.

Astral projection happens to a reletively small amount of people and it is hard to control when the experience takes you. Your body has energy, it's what makes your heart pump and your brain think. When your body is inactive (i.e) asleep, your persona may want to do something else. You usually don't know what is astral projection and what is just a dream unless you are unfortunate enough to wake during the point where your energy is reentering your physical form, this is usually marked by complete paralysis for a few seconds and then you may fall back asleep for a short while. You wont forget an astral experience like you would a normal dream because your mind isn't making crap up, it was real time expirence. Nothing to do with exorcisims/demon possesion. It is also the safest way to travel, treasure the experience if you are lucky enough to have one.

according to what Kachao said, I had an experience like that before. It was in the middle of the night, and all I remember is staring at the black sofa I was sleeping on. I couldn't move at all, and next thing you know I fell asleep. It was a werid experience and I tried to move but I couldn't. I also felt a presence in this "stage" as you would call it. There are so many mysreies in the world........
