I think first I need to figure out what it is I really really want in this life. I'm working on that now (I just wrote a blog about it on my 360.) I think getting on the path of my dreams is what will truly make me happy.

To be honest, I think the key to a happy life is just to live in the moment. Even though I know that sounds very cliche and over-used, I always feel like just going through what life deals you, not pondering on hurt full mistakes or dark moments in your past but remembering your best moments in life, not worrying about the problems you might face tomorrow, some ice cream and a great day with friends is the best way to live life.

I wish I knew! I think it has to do with "know yourself". But I am still having to know "her" ("me"/myself).

It's all what you think life is like. If you think positive you're on a way to live a happy life and if not you know how it is. Main thing is you should be able to take matters simple. It's definitely difficult at times, but the simpler we try to take the issue, the easier we can understand about it and so the clearer we tend to get when we have to take an action or inaction. What I mean is at times it is extreemely sensible to ignore certain stuff and get moving because life is too short to waste dwelling on unwanted stuff so it's better not to do anything about it.
    Tips for a happy life:
    1. Clear your heart from hatred
    2. Clear your mind from worries
    3. Give more
    4. Expect less
    5. Live simply

It brings loads of happiness when we can appreciate small things. Keeping yourself occupied all the time is another good way because "an idle mind is a devil's workshop"
And you have to be lenient with yourself. Just do what your heart tells you to do as long as it doesn't hurt or harm anyone in any way, even yourself.
And when you feel down thinking about all the blessings in your life is a really good way to help you cheer up.
Well, all the above mentioned methods are my key to a happy life. Hope it helps you as well

I believe the key is contentment and setting realistic goals. Do not stress the small stuff, understanding the reality of your limitations and the areas of your life that you can improve. Pray for the wisdom to know the difference and the resolve to be able to accept it.
