Happiness is what (almost) every human wants. Definitely happy and poor.

happy and poor, but being poor really sucks. I teach and that is the what we do as teachers. As for rich and unhealthy how do you enjoy your money, unless your money can help pay for the cure, then that becomes the better answer.

Ha! Way ahead of you...I'm certainly neither rich nor unhealthy! But yes...I'd far rather be happy and poor.

Everyone seeks happiness; sometimes money can help fulfill those needs... however, in your scenario... such a person is happy despite their poverty, and they're comfortable with what they have (since they're still happy). So, if I can be happy despite being poor, then hell yes I'd rather be happy and poor.
What's the point in being rich if it can't make you happy (or healthy)? |

Happy and poor. True happiness comes from within, so it wouldn't matter what the exterior was like.
